Hazardous materials (Haz-mat) Dangerous goods Explosive, flammable, poisonous or otherwise potentially dangerous cargo. Large amounts or especially hazardous cargo are required to be placarded under haz-mat regulations.

Line Haul Movement of goods between cities or between YRC Freight terminals, particularly between origin terminal and destination terminal, excluding pickup and delivery service.
